Our Philosophy & Vision
At Three Bears Learning Center, we offer a progressive series of early childhood programs, starting with Toddlers and continuing through three levels of Preschool, culminating in our exclusive Private Kindergarten. We focus on helping children recognize their unique strengths, value themselves as individuals, and appreciate diversity in society. By fostering positive social skills, we encourage children to build cooperative relationships.
Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment with a strong emphasis on early education and childhood development. We aim to create a developmentally appropriate setting where every child can experience success, build confidence, and gain independence. With the guidance of qualified, caring educators, we offer a blend of structured and independent learning opportunities to support cognitive growth and prepare children for academic success.
Our Facility
Founded in 1985, Three Bears Learning Center was the first school in the Bradford Early Education family. Spanning 6,850 square feet, our facility serves over 155 families, featuring spacious playgrounds, a state-of-the-art kitchen, an outdoor swimming pool, and an in-house curriculum that balances play and learning.

Developmentally appropriate play is what inspires young children to be passionate about their learning. At Bradford Early Education, we believe that children are on their own developmental journey and that children should be challenged based on their individual interests, needs and capabilities. We endeavor to prepare our children for their academic careers by using scientific principles and empirically supported methods. As a Bradford Early Education school, we blend a unique, independent curriculum with Learning Beyond Paper, a comprehensive, research-based, Colorado State-aligned curriculum that meets the state’s requirements for the Universal Preschool Program. Our comprehensive B.E.E. Curriculum℠ , along with Learning Beyond Paper, places a strong emphasis on learning through play while utilizing a research-based, 21st-century STEAM-emphasized curriculum. We fundamentally believe that developmentally appropriate play is what inspires young children to be passionate about their learning.
Learning Beyond Paper is a fully digital, research-based early childhood curriculum for infants through Pre-K that delivers 52 weeks of standards-aligned lesson plans and over 4,000 daily activities.
